After updating the look of the brand it was important that Decision Partners’ staff stay consistent with the new look when creating presentations and communicating with clients. A package a complimentary materials were created to assist in maintaining brand consistency across the company.
First, a brand guidelines document was created detailing how the logo and other brand assets can, and cannot, be used. Second, due to the large amount of highly technical presentations Decision Partners’ creates on a regular basis, a template was created that allows staff to create diverse presentations capable of displaying a wide variety of information while maintaining a consistent look.
Lastly, to solve a problem unique to Decision Partners, being the large amount of data and colors they use to organize information in presentations, a color guide was created that categorizes data and creates steadfast rules for which colours can be used for presenting specific data. This allows any number of staff members to work on client projects while maintaining a consistent look.
